Clive's Thoughts

Cold.
That's how my heart feels. Cold and dead. No love, no hope, no joy. Just anger. Cold anger.
I pull a picture out from my jacket. It's of my parents and I. Firey anger surges through me, mixed with grief.
"I will get revenge for your deaths," I whisper to the old photo. "Vengence will be mine."
I look out the window of the Towering Pagoda, staring at the "future London". Mine and Dimitri's plan was about to go into action. Soon, Bill Hawks will be captured by us, and then everything will fall together piece by piece.
I grinned, hatred warming my dark heart. Revenge would soon be mine. Bill Hawks would soon pay for the death of my parents, as well as all of London. They would all pay when I destroyed the city to get my revenge. The fools in government would never change their ways, not without mass havoc. After all, the only thing a bully understands is force.
I chuckled quietly to myself. Not even Dimitri knew of my plan to destroy London. No one knew. No one but myself.
I slipped the photo back into my jacket and shoved my hands into my pockets.
"I will avenge you," I muttered darkly. "The world will pay. They will all pay. They will know my pain, my suffering."
I heard the door open behind me. I turned around. Shipley was standing there.
"Clive, Dimitri just headed topside," he said gruffly. "The plan's in action."
"Excellent," I said. "I'll be out in a moment."
Shipley left. I looked once more out over future London, looking upwards, knowing the real London lay right above.
"Enjoy your last few days, London," I whispered darkly, smiling smugly. "For your doomsday is coming. Your Armageddon is about to arrive."
With that, I left the Towering Pagoda, that burning anger still flaming in my soul.
